From chaos to calm
Documents filed. Deadlines tracked. Tasks broken down into steps. One place that knows your family, your paperwork, and what needs doing next.
First 100 on the list shape what we build. Join them.
The problem
Permit renewals, tax filings, insurance claims, school forms. Letters in languages you don't fully understand. The average family loses 5+ hours a week to this. Time you could spend climbing, skiing, or just being with your family.
The shift
Before
After
Your dashboard
Your documents, your family, your tasks, your deadlines. All organised, all searchable, all up to date.

On the go
Letter arrives? Snap it. It gets read, filed, and added to your task list. Check your deadlines on the train. Ask a question while you wait at the school gate.

What it does
Photo any letter or document. It reads it, categorises it, and files it against the right family member.
Type a task and get real steps: which forms, which office, what to bring. The easy ones are already done.
Permits, insurance, school forms. You get nudged with time to act, not a panic the night before.
"When does my permit expire?" "What insurance do we have?" It knows because it's read everything.
German tax letter? French school form? It reads it, explains it in English, and drafts the reply.
Your partner's permit, your daughter's school, your son's doctor. It remembers everyone.
Why it works
Your permits, your kids' schools, your canton. No re-explaining. It already knows.
Every document scanned, every task completed. The more you use it, the more tailored it gets.
Finds the forms, fills in what it can, marks the easy steps done. Not just advice.
The value
This does the same job for a fraction of the cost. Your documents, your deadlines, your tasks, your replies. All handled.
Get started
Names, nationalities, key dates. Two minutes.
Passports, permits, insurance, letters. It reads and files everything.
"Renew my permit." It breaks it into steps and gets to work.
Why we built this
We're Scott and Duncan, two expats. Scott's in France, Duncan's in Switzerland. Same problem: permit renewals, tax filings, school forms. Hours every week lost to paperwork instead of skiing, climbing, or being with our families.
So we built something to handle it. It knows our documents, tracks our deadlines, breaks tasks into steps, and drafts replies in the right language. Hours became minutes.
Now we're making it available for anyone.

Questions
ChatGPT doesn't know your family, your documents, or your deadlines. Every time you ask it something, you start from scratch. This remembers everything: your permit type, your kids' schools, your insurance details, what you've already done. It gets more useful every day because it keeps learning from your situation.
When you scan a document, it reads it, understands what it is, pulls out the key details (names, dates, reference numbers), and files it against the right family member. When you need something later, you just ask.
Your documents are encrypted and never shared. We're building this in Switzerland, where data privacy isn't optional. Your data stays yours.
We're starting with Switzerland and France, where we live and test it. It works with any language and any country's admin, but our deepest knowledge is Swiss and French bureaucracy. More countries coming based on demand.

Not at all. If you can take a photo with your phone, you can use this. The whole point is that it handles the complexity for you.
